Before you call

A few things worth having handy.

None of this is essential, and there is no need to have it all sorted before you get in touch. It just helps us give you a straight answer sooner.

Where the site is. The suburb is enough to start with.
What you are building. A multi-unit development, a medium density project, something on a sloping block, or a one-off architectural home.
How far along it is. Whether it is still an idea, at concept stage, drawn up, or approved and ready to go.
Any plans you already have. Email them through and we can look before we talk.

A conversation at the showroom or on site, so you can get a feel for how we work before anything is committed.

You get it in writing

A considered, itemised price with the scope spelled out, so you know exactly what is included before you decide anything.
