Stage 01

Consult & Design

We start by sitting down with you and your plans, walking the site, and scoping the build honestly. It is the stage where we get to know the project properly, flag anything that needs thought early, and make sure we are the right fit before anyone commits.

Stage 02

Fixed Proposal

Once the scope is clear, we put together a transparent, fixed-price proposal with a realistic construction program. You see exactly what is included, what it costs, and how long it will take, so there are no surprises later.

Stage 03

Build

With the contract in place, we build. Quality trades, tight supervision and regular updates mean the work stays on track and you always know where things are at. We stay close to the detail so the finished result matches the drawings.

Stage 04

Handover

When the build is complete, we walk the finished home through with you, make sure every detail is right, and hand over with the warranties and support you would expect. The relationship does not end at handover.
