Seventeen two and three bedroom townhouses in Wollert, Victoria, built across three buildings.
Seventeen two and three bedroom townhouses in Wollert, built across three buildings from November 2023 to a December 2024 completion. Serkan filmed an update at each stage of the program, from the base stage and steel frame through to stone, floors and fit-off, and those updates sit further down the page.

Building one has its roof on and all of its external cladding, with service roughins started and plaster close behind. Roofing on buildings two and three follows.

Building one is plastered and starting joinery, tiling and painting. Building two is ready for plaster, and building three has reached lock-up.

Building one is finished inside, with joinery, stone, tiling and floorboards all done. Building two has the plumbers fitting off, and building three has its first coat of paint down.
